Before I started my coaching sessions, life was a juggling act — always busy and a constant struggle to make everything perfect. The pressure was real, and anxiety was my uninvited guest. Our team meetings used to be embarrassing. Weekly meetings - often cancelled were usually the most unproductive part of our week... After learning Dani's framework on meetings, we have learned a valuable lesson. These weekly meetings are necessary yes, but they need to be structured productive. Getting to that goal for our meetings was extremely simple using Dani's framework... it takes just minutes to prepare for and your staff are the ones running the whole thing, coming up with ideas setting goals and moving forward towards them.
