A bit about me…

I’m a business and delegation coach who helps busy owner-operators in trades, manufacturing, and business services stop being the bottleneck in their own company.

With experience living in 12 countries, I bring a calm, grounded presence and a broad global perspective to every session. I combine research-based tools from the Coaching Institute of Melbourne with deep, powerful questioning — all in a fun, down-to-earth way.
