Before I started my coaching sessions, life was a juggling act — always busy and a constant struggle to make everything perfect. The pressure was real, and anxiety was my uninvited guest. Our team meetings used to be embarrassing. Weekly meetings - often cancelled were usually the most unproductive part of our week... After learning Dani's framework on meetings, we have learned a valuable lesson. These weekly meetings are necessary yes, but they need to be structured productive.
